David C. Chamberlain, Jr. is a founding member of the firm who joined to head the probate, trust and estate practice when the firm was re-formed as Jacobi & Chamberlain LLP in 2009. Mr. Chamberlain previously worked at two highly-regarded Boston law firms where he focused on trusts and estates.

Mr. Chamberlain has considerable expertise in drafting wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, taxation, and trust and estate administration. He has concentrated his practice in these areas since becoming a member of the Bar in 1970. Mr. Chamberlain focuses on providing exceptional trust and estate services and providing individualized attention to his clients. His depth of knowledge in his field, tax related issues and developments in the law have long been valued by the clients he serves.

Mr. Chamberlain serves as trustee or personal representative for a number of his clients, who rely on him to oversee, account for, and to distribute trust and estate assets and funds. Mr. Chamberlain resides with his wife in Winchester, MA.
